CASA of the River Region has partnered with The American Fundraising Foundation (AmFund) to bring you this year's Adventure Auction.
AmFund has been serving nonprofit organizations for over 22 years and has distributed over $44 million to worthy causes. AmFund founders were news anchors and reporters, Wade and Barbara West. Through their work, they learned about nonprofits across the nation who were addressing serious problems in their communities. Despite the vital services these nonprofits provided, they learned that they never had enough funds. Wade and Barbara West also believed no worthy nonprofit should have to spend money to raise money, thus AmFund was born. Over the last 20 years, AmFund has contributed more than 44 million dollars to assist the work of nonprofits nationwide.
Since its inception in 1999, the AmFund Foundation has distributed more than $44 million to worthy causes. Its signature silent auctions featuring once-in-a-lifetime experiences are presented at organizations’ special events, including this year's CASAblanca.
CASA and AmFund are presenting 9 unique adventures to bid on. Bidding is now open and will close Friday, October 28 at CASA's new event, CASAblanca at The Speed Art Museum. By taking an adventure, CASA and the children we serve will benefit.
