CASA of the River Region is pleased to welcome Tommy Arnold and Sarah Gibson as new members of our Board of Directors. Both bring strong professional experience, community leadership, and a shared commitment to ensuring children who have experienced abuse or neglect have a consistent, caring advocate.

Tommy Arnold is Owner, CEO, and Principal Broker of Aspire Real Estate Group. He brings nonprofit leadership experience and a personal connection to CASA’s mission through his family’s experience fostering and adopting children. Tommy’s perspective underscores the importance of providing children in foster care with a stable, consistent adult presence.

Sarah Gibson serves as Acting Director of Human Resources at LG&E, with expertise in
organizational leadership, workforce development, and compliance. Her professional experience, combined with her community involvement, strengthens CASA’s focus on sustainability, volunteer support, and effective governance.
