Set-Up: Beginning at 3 p.m. All vendors must be ready by 4:30 p.m.
Parking: Humana Parking Lot, Street Parking

Vendor Table: 1 (Black table cloths are provided. Please bring any decorations.)
Vendor Chairs: 2 per table
Glasses: No glasses required. Each guest is given a complimentary Old Fashion glass.
Ice: Provided by the caterer. Please indicate on the form how many bags you will need.
Bourbon Pull: If your company would like to donate a bottle or set of bottles, you will have the opportunity to indicate that on the form.
